I had no idea my bank statement wasn’t enough until Greentod reviewed my file. They caught it before I submitted, helped me sort everything, and my Morocco visa came through without any issues. Would not have managed it on my own.

Common Reasons for Visa Rejections

Most rejections are not about eligibility — they are about avoidable documentation mistakes. The most common reasons include:

Inconsistent documents

dates, names, or details that don't match across your file

Insufficient funds

bank statements showing a low balance or irregular activity

Weak cover letter

vague, incomplete, or missing notarisation

Missing documents

no travel insurance, uncertified copies, or a missing National ID

Why Morocco?

An extraordinary destination, closer than you think

Morocco is a country where ancient medinas meet the Atlantic, the Sahara meets the Atlas Mountains, and Berber, Arab, and French cultures intertwine. For Kenyan travellers, it is one of Africa’s most captivating bucket-list destinations — and with the right visa support, getting there is straightforward.
Marrakech

Ancient medinas, Djemaa el-Fna square, Bahia Palace, and the world-famous souks — Morocco's most iconic city.

Sahara Desert

Golden dunes at Erg Chebbi, camel treks at sunset, and nights under the stars in a desert camp at Merzouga.

Chefchaouen

The iconic Blue City — every wall, alley, and staircase painted in luminous shades of blue and white.

Casablanca

Hassan II Mosque — one of the world's largest, built over the Atlantic — and French colonial architecture.

Fes (Fez)

Home to the world's oldest university (859 AD) and one of the best-preserved medieval medinas on earth.

Agadir

Morocco's premier Atlantic beach resort — relaxed coastline, modern hotels, and excellent seafood.
